Refunds-Vintage
We try to describe our pieces as accurately as possible and we are happy to provide extra photos and videos upon request.
If for any reason you don’t love your chosen Jewels as much in person, you may return the following items for a refund within 3 days of receiving them.
Estate, Vintage and PreLoved pieces may be returned, provided they are not on Sale or part of a Sale Promotion.
Any Made to Order, Bespoke designs, or items altered at your request are NOT eligible for a refund.
You must inform us via email your request for a refund within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We then require a copy of the return postage details.
Items must be sent back fully insured, with Tracking at your expense.
The items must also be in the same condition as sent to you and with the tag attached.
Any failure to comply and a refund will not be issued.
Once the items have been returned they will be validated by our Valuer. Providing there is no damage or alteration, a refund will then be issued in the same form of payment.
This may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item.
